Mandatory Skills Clinic: Athletes are required to attend a Skills Clinic on Saturday, May 14th, at 2:00pm at Ala Moana Beach Park Magic Island. Be sure to bring your Bike, Helmet, and Shoes.

Age Groups:
(ages 11-12 as of Dec 31st)
(ages 13-15 as of Dec 31st)

All athletes will be contacted by the USAT RADC rep to confirm they have the proper equipment.  We recommend that athletes ride road bikes.  Mountain bikes are allowed however; street tires are recommended.

Distance: Athletes do not need to qualify for this event.
Swim: 375
Bike: 10k
Run: 2.5k
