RACE BRIEFING – ALL Athletes participating in this event MUST either attend one of the 15 minute pre-race briefings being held on Friday, May 17th or Saturday, May 18th (See Schedule of Events) or you can view the briefing online once it’s made available. After you’ve read the briefing you must download, print, and sign the briefing affadavit stating that you have viewed/read, and understand the briefing, and bring it to packet pickup with you, where you will turn it in to receive your race packet. The briefing and briefing affadavit will be made available on this page in the next few days; please check back.
Kids TRI (7-10): we HIGHLY recommend viewing the briefing on-line with your parents and downloading the affidavit. These athletes still need to pickup their race packets on Saturday. These athletes will receive their race briefing at the starting line.
PACKET PICKUP – Will take place on Friday, May 17th, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm and on Saturday May 18th, from 10:30am to 5:00pm. Packet pickup is located at Ala Moana Beach Park, Magic Island. Athletes will be required to show a valid Government issued photo identification card, as well as a valid USAT membership card (or pay $12 one-day membership for adults or $10 for athletes 17 & under) to pick up their packet. IF you are not a member of USAT you will need to sign the waiver form at Packet Pickup. This includes 10k, 5k, runners and swimmers. Remember, to bring your signed Affidavit indicating you have read the on-line briefing.
No one is allowed to pick-up another athlete’s packet except for parents of Kids ages 7-10 and relay teams or with special permission from the event organizer. One member from each team will be allowed to pickup the Team Packet. On race morning each team member must be Body Stamped.
